By enrolling in services, consultations, or programs offered by Curvaceous Corsets, including but not limited to The Structured Silhouette Method™, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose
Client acknowledges that participation may include access to proprietary systems, structured methodology, technical measurement protocols, consultant strategies, and confidential business processes belonging to Curvaceous Corsets.

2. Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

• program structure and progression

• measurement and reduction protocols

• fitting strategies

• safety frameworks

• consultant procedures

• written, verbal, recorded, or digital instructional materials

• internal tools and proprietary processes

This information is confidential before, during, and after the consultation relationship.

3. Non-Disclosure
Client agrees not to:

• share, publish, teach, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary materials

• record or distribute consultation sessions without written consent

• use any confidential or proprietary information for commercial, competitive, or instructional purposes

All information provided may be used solely for the Client’s personal participation.

4. Intellectual Property
The Structured Silhouette Method™ and all related systems, materials, processes, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Curvaceous Corsets. No license, certification, or ownership rights are transferred to the Client.

5. Restriction on Commercial Replication
For a period of two (2) years following completion of services, Client agrees not to directly or indirectly develop, market, offer, or teach a substantially similar structured corset training program derived from the proprietary systems of Curvaceous Corsets, or represent themselves as affiliated with or certified by Curvaceous Corsets without prior written authorization.

This restriction applies within the State of Florida and to online services offered within the United States.

Client acknowledges that trade secrets and confidential information remain protected as permitted under applicable law.

6. Non-Circumvention
Client agrees not to solicit program participants, replicate consultant systems, or use confidential knowledge obtained through Curvaceous Corsets to create competing services or derivative training offers.

7. Remedies
Client acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or commercial replication of proprietary information may cause substantial harm to Curvaceous Corsets, for which legal and equitable remedies may be sought as permitted by law.

​

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
